Project Advisory

 

We prefer to be involved as early as possible in any project in order to provide candid feedback and recommendations on all aspects of the project critical to its ultimate sales success; these aspects include site layout, floor plans, finish specifications, amenities, as well as pricing and phasing. We are also capable of supporting you in the development of the extended project team to include experienced legal, escrow and lending partners.

Sales & Sales Analytics

 

Our leadership team includes some of the top condo sales professionals in the region.  Each of our projects will be led by a principal with more than 10 years of condo sales experience, and every member of the sales team will have completed a site sales certification program to ensure that your projects are staffed with an experienced and well-trained team.  Using our cloud-based project sales system, we are able to capture client information via all marketing activities, manage inventory and pricing, and provide customized client reporting on a regular basis throughout the sales process.

Marketing

 

We are experienced project marketers, but flexible in terms of our involvement. Our marketing responsibilities can range from basic coordination with your own marketing team to providing a turn-key comprehensive marketing program managed completely by us. Every project regardless of size will be marketed with a combination of premium photography and video, print, online and social media, and brokerage outreach. Regardless of the scenario, we will work closely with you to ensure that the marketing and sales programs are fully aligned and mutually supportive.

JASON FOSS

With 15 years of experience and $500M in sales in the Seattle and Eastside markets, Jason Foss is a recognized expert in urban properties. 

Jason has successfully sold some of the most significant condominium projects in the Northwest, while at the same time earning accolades for his dedication to providing an extraordinary level of service to his private clients.

 

Jason Foss is a Managing Broker with Compass Real Estate, as well as Founder and Managing Director of NWG Urban, a local affiliate of Compass focused on selling boutique in-city developments.

NICK GLANT

After founding and building one of the most successful and respected boutique residential brokerage firms in Seattle, NWG Real Estate, and closing over $2 billion in real estate sales, Nick’s partnership with Compass allows him to combine his passion of client service and stunning technology and marketing. 

Nick’s motivation and drive is rooted in his devotion to his wife, Elaine and daughters, Ella and Emery. They reside in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood where they are actively involved in coaching Ella and Emery's various sports and giving back to the University of Washington, where Nick and Elaine met as undergraduates.

STEVE SNIDER

​A Seattle native and fourth generation real estate professional, Steve has been a real estate broker since 2006. Steve’s real estate lineage started in 1932 when his great grandfather opened MacPherson’s Real Estate in Seattle’s University District.

 

Since that time every generation has been involved in the real estate industry and Steve continues that tradition. Steve has consistently been a top producer ranking in the top 5% of all real estate professionals in Washington State.

Steve resides in the Hawthorne Hills neighborhood of Northeast Seattle with his wife Molly, daughter Charlotte and dog Buoy.

ASHLEY SANTO DOMINGO

Ashley was born in Seattle and grew up in the Greenlake neighborhood. She has an unmatched appreciation of all things Seattle. Ashley prides herself on her commitment to her clients; her savvy knowledge of the market and its specific neighborhoods naturally allows Ashley to convey all pertinent information that may impact a client’s position, good or bad.

Her strong management skills and personable demeanor are largely informed by her previous life as an executive chef. Though professional kitchens will always run in her blood, she made the choice a few years ago to trade in her chef whites for a real estate license. Her competitive edge and creative eye serve her well in a competitive Seattle market.
